ATTENTION PARENTS!!!

Please have the following eligibility form completed and returned to me by September 22, 2017. I can be reached at 979-255-3590.

You must complete the top portion of the form first and then send the form to your child’s school for completion of the bottom section. I will sign the middle section after viewing that your child is academically eligible and has met the five experience requirement to compete in the 2014 SJC Fair and Rodeo Livestock show.

As always, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Thank you so much for your hard work and cooperation to make our Jr. Exhibitor program successful.
